Arrival and departure to the seaport of Rostock

The overseas port in Rostock is the largest universal port on the German Baltic coast. Thanks to the numerous ferry operators, the port serves as a gateway to Scandinavia for visitors to the Rostock region. Public transport can also be used for arrival and departure to the ferry terminal. Timetable information and tickets can be found in the VVW app.

WITH BUS AND TRAIN TO THE FERRY TERMINAL

The ferry terminal at the overseas port allows passengers without cars to board the ferries. The "Seehafen Fähre" (Seaport Ferry) stop connects the ferry terminal to the public transport network.

Bus lines 19, 45, and 49 of the Rostock public transport company (RSAG) serve the stop. You can download a detailed map showing how to get there here.
